A coincidence....???

To add to my last post, I found a post on Adrian Warnocks blog, through a friend's blog(Julie Morris, Voice of Grace), about The Christian's Warfare. The post is the notes on a sermon done on Ephesians 6, and you can listen to the message as well. Anyway, I just find it interesting timing to discover this, and wanted to share it publicly, as I find it very helpful and relevent to what God laid on my heart to post the other day! Go ahead take a look in the Interesting posts and articles section to the left........

I also noticed on the Grace for Life blog (also to the left n blogs) this topic is discussed, he writes a post called "Charging the Brethren", check it out

By the way, I am still having trouble getting the links to work in my actual post.....help?

Hi Lydia, I hope I can help with links.

When you begin a new blog post, you are either in "Edit HTML" mode or "Compose" mode. Make sure you are in Compose mode (click the tab on the right that says "Compose."

As an example, let's say you want to link to your blog. You want someone to click on the words "Lydia Joy" to get to your blog.

In Compose mode, type Lydia Joy. Then with your mouse, highlight those two words.

Above your composition, you will see the toolbar. From left to right it has: Font, TT, B, i and T(ext color). The next one is an icon of a chain link. With your words highlighted, click that icon. A box pops up that says, "Enter a URL." That's where you type (or paste) the full address of the link. In this case, it would be http://ajoytobeme.blogspot.com/

Click OK and you've successfully created a link! Let me know if you have any questions. :)

Thanks Joel, I am wondering however if I can't do this because I am using a Mac and it's somehow different...I don't get the icon of a chainlink...every time I enter the URL it won't accept it???? Who knows!

Hmm... I'm not sure why that won't work. It may be a Mac thing but I'm not sure.

Something else you can do, that should work (hopefully!) would be to type out the actual html code. Sounds difficult, but it's really pretty simple once you do it a time or two. I typed up an example here. (If this works for you, perhaps save the example to your computer for future reference).

(My example will produce this result: Grace Roots).

We'll try to get this thing working for you! :)

Thanks Lydia, I went to the Grace for Life blog. There's some interesting reading there.
