Life always reigns over death...

I want to thank each and every one of you who encouraged me and prayed for me and my family. I was able to fly to Florida to be with my family for my grandfather's funeral. It was a precious time, spent with loved ones, who all shared something in common - LIFE! The memory of a life well lived, our grandfather, father, great grandfather, and even great great grandfather! And a life that is now living to the fullest in all it's glory beholding HIS GLORY - FACE TO FACE!!

We, as a family, had such a sweet time together, remembering, sharing and learning together!

So, even in the midst of our sorrow, we could celebrate life, and another beautiful thing was that we all unified together and loved each other at yet a deeper level than in the past! I realized that even though death is painful for those left behind that are missing those who are gone, terribly,  -that God can turn all things into good for those that love HIM! To me, there was a greater sense of life than of death, as we remembered his life and how all of our lives were weaved together through his life, and ultimately through Christ's life!! Love and Life always triumph!!! Many blessings to you all!!

I'm sorry to hear about your loss, Lydia. Death of a loved one is never easy. I'm glad it sounds like he was a great influence on the family, and left a great legacy.
You are blessed.
Glad you're back!

Lydia,
This photograph is precious! I feel that I really can tell what a delightful grandfather you had.

Thank you for your sweet post on my blog - I'm home, and not allowed to do anything for a day or two, in and out on pain meds, recovering from surgery...so I have time to "visit" you, and that just tickles me to no end...and getting a note from you was a blessing.

Gah. My cheek is swollen out and I am in pain and borrrrrrrrrrrrred!

Blessings! :-)

Sorry Lydia, I'm late., but I see faith, hope and love... "And a life that is now living to the fullest in all it's glory beholding HIS GLORY - FACE TO FACE!!"

His anointing teaches us all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit...

You are blessed!

Wow thanks everyone for your kind comments!! I recently had a dream of my grandfather, he was a bit younger looking and full of peace and was with me hanging out, it was so wonderful!!
Anyway, I have missed you all, but feel connected to you at a deeper level, thanks to our connection in HIM as heirs, brothers and sisters, and as His lovely Bride! I always hold you all dearly in my heart and often lift you up with fondness!!! Much grace and peace to you all!!
